I have been having lower back pain and hip pain on my left side. Pain worse in morning but eases up later on in day. Have been taking anti-inflammatory supplements, stretching exercises and using hot and cold packs. Have a little pain in stomach area. I am not fatigued, haven t lost appetite and have regular bm s. Had a chiropractor adjustment today, but nothing has changed. Hope you can give me some suggestions of what I should do next. This lower back pain started Thanksgiving morning, went to my doctor and he diagnosed it as a spastic lower back muscle, but this has been going on too long.
