Suggest Remedy For Pain In Inner Leg/thigh Near Groin Area

My 7 year old daughter complained of her inner leg/thigh pain, right near the groin area hurting. She said it hurts her when she presses on it or even if she doesn t. So I had her pull her pants down and I started pressing and feeling around and felt a very tiny, pebble like thing. The other side didn t have that pebble like thing. And it s underneath the skin. What can it be?

she might be having some soft tissue inflammation or inflammed lymph nodes that indicate infection.
get an xray and usg done and let me know
