Suggest Remedy For Pain In Chest And Difficulty In Breathing

Yesterday I was sitting on the sofa and when I turned I felt a pain in my chest underneath my left breast. It has got progressively worse since and when I breathe and move it is excruciating. I am putting heat and taking painkillers but every breath hurts and any movement or coughing. What is it ? That area feels like its pulsating

So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid movements causing pain.
3. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
4. Wear rib belt to prevent mobilization of painful rib area.
5. Better to take combination of painkiller and muscle relaxant drug for quick relief.
6. Apply ice pack application on affected area. It will be more beneficial than warm water pad.
