Suggest Remedy For Pain Around The Ear

I am feeling a sharp pain around my ear drum every time I have a deep yawn or an internal burp (a burp that does not produce an audible noise). It is a sharp pain that only lasts until I am done yawning or burping. It has been happening for a couple of days now.
