Suggest Remedy For Pain And Swelling In Knee And Foot
I twisted/hurt my knee this friday. I couldn t walk on my right leg the day after I hurt it. I got an x ray and nothing is broken. The doctor said to where a brace for a week and see how it feels. My knee is swollen and now so is my foot but I didn t hurt my foot. I wondering if I tore a ligament, just pulled something, or sprained my knee

Twisting injury is most common cause of acl tear. You are having swelling due to this. X ray is inconclusive in this case. Get an mri done to confirm the diagnosis. Start ice packs and anti inflammatory medicine. Knee brace can be helpful. Final treatment is arthroscopic acl reconstruction surgery.
