Suggest Remedy For Pain And Stinging In Knot Spot In Ankle
I twisted my angle. And I am on blood thinner. Within a short time my whole foot was swollen and bruised. This was three days ago. I have kept ice on it. During. The night I had a lot of stinging in a hard knot spot. If I touch the spot it hurts.

If you are on blood thinner then the swelling would be more prominent and this would take little more time to come around the main care is infection there should not be any infection and you need to be careful for that, on prophylactic base antibiotic can be taken, keep injured part elevated, anti-inflammatory is most advisable, hope this helps.
