Suggest Remedy For Pain And Stiffness In Leg While Having Meniscus Tear

I have had issues with my SI joint after having a large baby almost 4 years ago. I also have a minor tear to my meniscus on my right leg. After waking up in the morning or sitting for a long period, I experience extreme stiffness in my leg and I cant bend my knee. I have tried Aleve and it doesn t seem to do anything to ease the pain or stiffness.

Hello,

For pain and stiffness in leg while having meniscus tear you can do some exercise like quadriceps setting, mini-squats, straight leg raise. Along with these exercise you can take pain killer like aceclofenac and muscle relaxants like serratiopeptidase. Work with your primary care doctor or orthopedic surgeon to achieve these.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
