Suggest Remedy For Pain And Discomfort On The Knee
I have been suffering from pain and discomfort in my right knee joint specially at the back side.i could not bend my knee. In xray and mri reports grade 2 osteoarthritis and hyperintensity of acl and bone marrow due to bole bruise and fluid collection in knee areas have been found.i already took pain and inflammation medicines for a few days and now continuing physiotherapy. Around 2 months have passed ..now i can bend my knee.but still having pain here and there often..after prolonged standing or walking knee area hurts sometimes.
Since you have history of osteoarthritis, you will experience fluctuating pain from time to time. You can include anti-inflammatory food in your diet so that your pain is eased naturally. Take food rich in vitamin E, it will help to lubricate your joints and make mobility better, You can also take supplements.
Take food rich in calcium and magnesium, if obese reduce weight. Mobility and walking is good, it will help relieve pain naturally but do not over exert your self. Do not stand for a long time in the same position. Gentle massage and heat compression may help. You can take pain relieving medicines like Naproxen or Combiflam, one SOS when required after food.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
