Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of open pores & acne in face which occurs when a pore in your skin gets clogged, usually with debris, bacteria and dead skin cells. It could be due to hormonal changes, stress and environmental factors. Apply benzoyl peroxide cream or gel for killing the bacteria in the pore. I would suggest you to exfoliate gently once or twice a day with a salicylic acid-based exfoliant. You should wash your face using a clindamycin gel with mild soap and lukewarm water. If condition doesn't improve in a week then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis. Doctor may prescribe stronger antibiotics along with retinoids and isotretinoin. Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil to lighten the pigments.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have open pores & acne on face which is because hormonal change at particular age and this condition is recurrent. You can apply this anti aging cream Evion. I would suggest you to start with a topical antibacterial clindamycin gel as a spot treatment for acne during daytime and at night you may use a topical retinoid like Adapalene gel. Apply mashed potatoes on face to lighten skin. Use sun screen cream rich in spf 30 such as TAN CARE. Use medicated soap such as metarub to wash face daily. Drink plenty of water. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit dermatologist once. Dermabrasion, Fractional CO2 Laser, Chemical peeling, Miocroabrasion are all recent methods of skin clearing. Apply creams rich in kojic acid. Don't pick up acne as it will leave scars on face. Apply benzoyl gel as well.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
