Suggest Remedy For Numbness And Tingling In Left Hand And Left Leg
For past 3 days I ve been facing kind of numbness and tingling feeling in my left hand and left leg exactly in foot and in middle of the leg (down to the knee) . What will be the reason ? P.s : If i take cyra tablets its getting controlled for a day.. How can i cure it ?? Plz help me ..

You are experiencing numbness in the left hand & feet, it is indicative of developing neurological disorder, PAD, peripheral neuropathy. etc. Numbness in the left hand can also be indicative of developing coronary heart disease. If obese, reduce weight. Control your blood glucose level. Avoid trans fat, full fat dairy product, oily junk food, red meat, cheese, etc.
You are suggested to stay active, do regular walking & exercise. Take food rich in vitamin E, B1, B6, B12, folic acid or you can also take supplements. Get clinically examined by a Cardiologist , get all routine cardiac function tests done. You may be referred to a neurologist for further investigations (NCV tests, nerve biopsy, imaging tests). You will be treated accordingly.
