Hello,

In children, the most common cause is nasal pricking. Other possibilities like injuries or trauma or sinusitis or polyps etcetera. Until the examination, it is difficult to say what it is. Apply pressure for one to two minutes. Please consult your ENT specialist he will examine for the cause of nose bleed and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
