Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Having a headache and a nosebleed can be a sign of a minor issue, such as hay fever, or something more severe, such as anemia, or a low red blood cell count.
I suggest to do a complete blood count for further evaluation.
Meanwhile,I suggest using a saline nasal spray.
I also suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the headache.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
