Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have nausea, foggy head, tingling hands and heavy chest. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like cardiac problem like angina , chest infection , side effects of medicine , migraine , ear infection or anxiety disorder .I would suggest you to consult cardiologist to rule out more serious condition . Doctor may order ECG , TMT , along with complete blood profile . Doctor may prescribe isosorbide nitrate , aspirin , betablockers , furosemide along with sedatives . Doctor may also refer you to chest specialist for chest infection and ENT specialist for ear problem . For now take proper rest , take antiemetic drug and keep your self hydrated .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
