Hi
Take your daughter to the doctor. If I were your doctor I would do ultrasound to know the condition of the baby and give progesterone support for a month.
Here are some tips to reduce nausea, dizziness and vomiting.
Take frequent small meals/snacks.
Eat toast, dry crackers , roti etc. eat bland food.
Dont eat oily, spicy, fatty food or food that has flavours which you cannot tolerate.
Take ginger powder or use ginger in food preparations
Some of them feel good with ice cream in the morning. You too can try that.
If these measures do not reduce the nausea I will prescribe medications.
Dont worry morning sickness usually subsides by the end of third month.

I hope I have answered to your satisfation. If you have any further queries contact me through Healthcare Magic.
