Suggest Remedy For Nasal Congestion And Headache During Pregnancy

Hi, I am going in 7 weeks pregnant, and I have had a bit of a cold and a headache for a few days, today there is greenish mucus from my sinuses, I would prefer not to go on anti biotics as I was on anti biotics twice, once before I fell pregnant and then during. Is it safe to let me body just naturallyfight what I off. I don't feel feverish or sick. Just sinus congestion, headache has now subsided.

Hi,
In pregnancy it is better to avoid taking medicine whenever possible. And whenever there is need to take medicine it should be taken after consultation with your doctor.
As there is no fever or felling of sickness along with sinus congestion in your case there may be no need for antibiotics.
Simple home remedies like taking steam inhalation, taking warm soups and other liquids may help.
If there is sneezing or cough which is distressing use of decongestant medicine after consultation with your doctor may help.

Hope this may be helpful to you, if so do vote.
