Suggest Remedy For Mumps,lower Back Pain,nausea And Diarrhea

Hi i am a 20yr old female and my glands begin to swell on Monday i went to my docters wednesday and was diagnosed with Mumps. I woke up today feeling worser than ever my symptoms have worsend -Lower back pain -Nausea -Diareah -gland became more bigger under my ear I have been taking paracetamol and iburofen and drank plenty of fluids, should i go hospital or are these symptoms normal?? I really appreciate your concern, if this is the mumps then you need to be very patience because this would take few days to come around you can continue the medicines that you are taking, bed rest is very important, no need to worry, take care.
