Suggest Remedy For Missed Periods

Hi doc. I haven t got my periods for 2 months. On my gynacs advice I took regestrone for 3 days. 3 in one day for first two days and two on the last day. I am also on medications for a skin allergy that I got. The names are: vozet, brufen, offlox 200. It s been 5 days I stopped regestrone still haven t got my periods kindly explain why so

1.First of all do not panic.

2. If you are sexually active and if there is history of unprotected sex act; in that case I will suggest you to get morning's first sample tested for pregnancy.

If there is no issue of pregnancy then usually it takes 3 to 10 days for withdrawal bleeding after finishing Regestrone like tablets. I will suggest you to wait patiently for 5 more days in that case.

3.In my opiniomn your skin treatment will not have any effects on your menstrual bleeding.
