General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Your history indicates that the symptoms are suggestive of upper respiratory infection, wither viral or can be bacterial. Continue the medicines. Get the tests of blood, urine and stool done. Get a clinical evaluation done by your doctor, preferably an ENT surgeon. All these will lead to a proper diagnosis so that any further specific treatment can be instituted and helps you to get a cure.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
