Suggest Remedy For Lower Back And Abdominal Pain With Constipation

Hi, I m experiencing pain in my lower back/kidneys aswell as pain in my stomach & upper chest. I went to the hospital yesterday & had an ECG scan that came back completely fine. The pain seems to be sharp to a dull ache all over but the most pain seems to be in the kidneys & stomach. I m also constipated now going from Poo that was thin & long (light brown) to now pebble texture (light brown) the pains lasted 4/5 days & the constipation 2 days. Any help would be really appreciated

Welcome to health care magic,

This abdominal pain is either due to acute gastroenteritis or acute gastritis.

But it needs to be evaluated by complete history taking,thoroughly clinical examination and various investigations.

Without this I won't be able to comment surely only on the basis of description.

So,you will require complete hemogram,urinalysis and ultrasound abdomen with pelvis to rule out any infection or inflammatory disease.

Meanwhile, you can take over the counter analgesics and anti-inflammatories (combiflam) with antacids like tab. Pantoprazole 40 mg.

For constipation,you can take laxatives or purgatives like syrup cremaffin plus in night time to have a effortless bowel evacuation.

Start having light food with high fiber diet like salads(cucumber,cabbage, carrots).

Consult surgeon who will know all the tests and can prescribe you appropriate the tests.
