Suggest Remedy For Lower Abdominal Pain Upon Sneezing

Hi. Around three days ago i coughed and sneezed and felt a pain in the lower right of my abdomen that i can only describe as it felt as if my ovary popped. Ever since ive been in discomfort. I have recently been checked for UTIs and cleared so i dont believe it is urinary based. The pain remains mostly on the right side to middle with infrequent spasms on the left. I have suffered with p.i.d and scaring and know my pain very well but this is new and unexplained. I only have one working ovary and a collapsed tube and am rather worried something could be wrong. I have also had constant nausia and ive had a fever at night with night terrors for the last week. Please help

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the most possible cause of the pain could be hyperacidity and this can be well treated with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time on tentative basis if this fails to work then get done the ultrasonography test, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
