Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Antibiotic is not needed for diarrhoea.
Plenty of fluids orally and see that he passes urine normally so that dehydration is prevented.
At best you may give sporolac powdwer once daily with plain water.
Mostly diarrhea is of viral origin and is self limited.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
