Suggest Remedy For Lack Of Sensation And Dark Patches On Penis

Hi I m 27 I have been circumicised when I was young this started in December 2012 I was masturbating and noticed that there was no feeling or sensation when I was doing it and I still have this problem till now. I can keep a erection and cum but there s no feeling when I do this I have noticed there are some dark patches on the tip of the penis also some of the skin seems a bit scratched I don t know if I have messed up my skin by masturbating I am going to the doctor soon but I would like to get some advice do you believe this can be healed?

Hello.

Without sensation and feel of pleasure, you cannot masturbate at all. Sexual arousal, hormonal excitation, pumping of blood, up and down movement of penile skin thereby stimulating the nerves, further neural signals to brain regarding pleasure, further ejaculation signals etc are coupled together in a masturbation process. Frequent and excessive masturbation can damage the skin nerves of your penis and that could be reason for your lack of feeling.
