Suggest Remedy For Itchy Rashes On Skin
I had Acl reconstruction surgery about 6 weeks ago About two weeks after surgery I got a rash that spread throughout the whole leg. I saw a Dr and she gave me an oral steroid and strong antibiotics. I had gotten an infection. I felt so much better about 24 hours after starting the steriod. The rash was improving the swelling was going down and heat on my leg was better. 24 hours after my last steriod pill the rash returned started swelling leg on fire rash looks like small blisters. It unbearable the itch and heat and swelling. Each day it is getting worse and worse. What should I do?

Thanks for the query,
You might have developed acute urticaria.
It is an allergic condition.
Anything including food, cloth, change in climate, pollens etc can cause urticaria.
You need to find out the cause.
Treatment can be with oral anti histamines.
Steroids like prednisolone are also helpful but cannot be used for long.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
