Suggest Remedy For Itchy Heat Lumps On Arms, Legs And Shoulders

I suffered a nasty episode of Prickly heat rash whilst away in Gozo in early July. I was treated with Prednisalone and anti histamine tablets. It did clear up after about 10 days, but I now find that I have a lot of heat lumps which are itchy on my arms, legs and shoulders. Is this anything to do with prickly hea

Hi

You need to continue with the antihistamines to reduce itching. Adequate hydration is essential.Drink plenty of fluids including tender coconut and fruit juices.

Apply generous amounts of moisturising lotion such as calamine to soothe the skin and reduce itching.The symptoms will reduce in the following days.
