Suggest Remedy For Irritated And Painful Head Of Penis

Hello. I went to the beach yesterday and returned to with a slight irritation on the head of my penis. It is on the top not bottom and is fairly painful when it rubs against something like underwear, which is normally boxers. The red area is small, and would be where the penis head makes contact with the inside of the bathing suit. It has been about 12 hours since I noticed the pain. Is there anything to help treat this or anything else it could be?

I understand your concern.
Well, it appears that you have contacted with mild infection of the head of the penis.
Kindly wash the area with mild antiseptic like Savlon twice daily. Dry it with clean towel. Apply Neomycin skin cream following drying.
Take antiinflammatory analgesic tablet Ibuprofen with Paracetamol combination after food twice a day for 3 days.
Keep the are ventilated by wearing loose cotton underwear. Abstain from sexual activities till the wound heals completely.
