Hi,

1. You can always test yourself before urine pregnancy test at home to confirm if you are pregnant or not.

2. If you are pregnant then congrats. But if you are not then you should visit your gynecologist to evaluate yourself by ultrasound scan and take the appropriate medication or treatment for the same.

3. Irregular periods because of PCO should be treated with priority as untreated PCO can land you in trouble.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshita,
Ophthalmologist
