Suggest Remedy For Hot Flashes On Eating Acidic Food

Hi doctor, i am facing food allergy when ever i am taking any food like fruits with acidic nature, stail food, curd etc. This i am facing every day, when ever the allergy start like burning feeling on my face, hand and foot and body will be become little hot. the problem start since 2 years, So every day i am taking one Citrizine tablet every day so this symtems will be disapper for 24 hr, so please tell me some remedy for this situation.

Unfortunately the best way to cure an allergy would be to avoid the particular allergen, in this case citrus foods.

If you know which products cause the problem then you need to avoid using them.
Once you use them then you would have your typical response but it is also possible for your allergic reaction to progressively worsen.
