Fungal infection around groin is aggrevated by heat and humidity. So you must avoid wearing occlusive clothes and keep the area dry.Resistant fungal infection is common and if you are not responding to fluconazole than you should try taking Itraconazole which is useful in resistant infections after consulting your dermatologist. Secondly you must confirm the diagnosis of Herpes before any treatment can be started.
