Suggest Remedy For Heartburn And Pain In Chest

Hi iv been having like hartburn in my chest and neck and have small pain in my differnt parts of my chest but it comes and goes it all start last monday I don t feel sick and am able to eat it s just very uncomfortable as iv never suffer from hartburn before I a female age 42 what should I take to help me thanks liz

I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
The most effective medication for relief from heartburn is PPI. Omeprazole is available OTC. You can omeprazole once daily before breakfast for 4 weeks.
Also avoid coffee, citrus, tomatoes, fatty food and carbonated beverages. Avoid bedtime snacks and got to bed at least 2-3 hours after food.
