I am 20 weeks pregnant and have had a few heart palpitations and have dealt with some anxiety (even before my pregnancy). Today I stood up quickly and it felt like I was going to have a palpation, but instead my heart just raced super fast and loud. It lasted about a minute and then went back to normal.... And I ve been fine since, other than being a tired. I realize being pregnant I can get out of breath easily, and have an increased heart rate with activity.... But this wasn t like that really.... Any thoughts?
