I can understand your concern. It would have been more helpful if you have mentioned some features of headache. Lets assume it is due to trauma as you mentioned, it can be managed at your school by following few tips
: If any swelling at
injury site, you can apply icepacks
: Keep head at higher level than chest
: Avoid pressure at injury site
: Avoid stress/noise/bright light till you get relief
: Your school must be having primary aid which usually includes some painkiller. You can take that painkiller after proper prescription
:
Bed rest for few days
Chalk eating should not lead to headache, however it can cause abdominal pain/
nausea or
constipation. Stop eating it. Get yourself checked for low calcium. You can increase milk/curd or non-vegetarian food in your diet to increase calcium.
Still no relief in pain, kindly
consult doctor or you can provide more details of pain by asking another question.
