Lets assume it is due to trauma as you mentioned, it can be managed at your school by following few tips : If any swelling at injury site, you can apply icepacks : Keep head at higher level than chest : Avoid pressure at injury site : Avoid stress/noise/bright light till you get relief : Your school must be having primary aid which usually includes some painkiller. You can take that painkiller after proper prescription : Bed rest for few days Chalk eating should not lead to headache, however it can cause abdominal pain/nausea or constipation. Stop eating it. Get yourself checked for low calcium. You can increase milk/curd or non-vegetarian food in your diet to increase calcium.
