Hi,

A CT is recommended. If you feel any functional disability or loss of consciousness, vomiting etc., you need to go to the ER. Do cold compressions. Take tab Amoxicillin for 7 days. Take Tylenol for pain, if there are nasal bleeds, they will stop. Waters' view X-ray can be done. Do exercises, it helps with faster healing. Consult the ENT department.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
