Suggest Remedy For Headache, Insomnia And Hot Flashes

In January of this year, I instilled steroid drops in my eyes after cataract surgery and my intraocular pressures increased significantly. Was told by doc at that time that I was a steroid responder and I should be cautious when taking steroids. Today, I received a cortisone shot in my knee. Will that affect my eye pressure? I am experiencing a slight headache, insomnia, and hot flashes with sweating. Is this from the cortisone injection also? it didn t occur to me until after the knee injection that maybe I shouldn t have taken the shot. Now I m concerned.
