Suggest Remedy For Headache And Facial Pain Due To Paint Allergy

hi , my office is doing some renovation and they are painting, the paint is bothering me a lot, I am an asthmatic and I have high blood pressure , I am finding that through the day and more so after work once I get home my face (sinus ) is hurting so bad that it triggers a headache then it disturbs me from sleeping threw the night . please advise me as to what I can do. thanks for your help Shirley

I would suggest you following things:
> Take levocetirizine one at night for 5 days
> Take Acetaminophen for pain
> Take boiling water in a pot, put your head over the steam and cover whole with a sheet. Take deep breaths in it(Avoid getting closer else it might cause burn). It will give soothing effect to sinuses.
