Suggest Remedy For Frozen Wrist After Injury

I fell and broke my arm - both bones at my wrist and dislocated them too - on Aug. 5th. My cast is off now and I am doing physical therapy on my hand and wrist because they kind of froze up. But the skin on my hand is shiny and my doctor said it was some disorder where the brain has told my hand that it doesn t have to move or doesn t want to move. But I don t remember what that disorder is. Do you know? I was wanting to do some research for information on it. Do you know what it is? YYYY@YYYY
