Suggest Remedy For Frequent, Loose Bowels With Undigested Food In Stools

HI , I have question regarding bowel Movements.I always had problem with It.Sometimes its coming out like a liquid.Sometimes i go to poop very frequently,soon after eating food.These days i am having hard time getting hard poop.And i also see undigested food in the stool . For a fact am very skinny guy 25 year old guy , i eat a a lot but still Skinny.
