Hlo sir I have to ask you about my father basicly m from ludhiana my father have cd4 is 53 i m too scared about my father he is always sick like from fever his fever everyday 103/104 and he is thin now his weight is going to loose he already taking medicine bt i want to know how his cd4 is going to up please help me which medicine i give to him for energy

indeed, u have a tough problem to face. I understanad that u understand what CD4 cells are, they are decreased when the body looses power to protect. The best advice is to take him to a Hospital where HIV is treated. He would be put on HAART the specific treatment and he will improve.
