Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If these are the symptoms of long-term (chronic) illness with loss of weight then mycobacterium infection can be suspected. It is advisable to get done all the concern tests including clinical examination, as long as the swelling is concern it could be the lymph nodes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
