I ve had an ear infection for a month. Why would my ear pop after a cough. Amoxicillin never helped. Levaquin helped a little. But another Dr. Checked my right ear last week and said I still have fluid in my ears. What should be my next step? Stephanie
Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have ear infection. You should take antibiotics and antihistaminic drugs. If amoxicillin is not useful then you can take some higher antibiotics like augmentine or cephalosporine. You should also take antihistaminic drugs like chlorpheneremine malate or cetrizine. These are prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then contact me at bit.ly/Drsanghvihardik, I will be happy to answer you. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
