Suggest Remedy For Flu And Blocked Nose
I had a flu, my nose was blocked. I went to blow my nose and something came out, it looked like a small piece of tissue covered in blood and then the blood came out for a few more seconds, after that a clear liquid started coming out, should I see a doctor?

In short: Dryness and constant rubbing of nose during cold can cause bleeding sometimes.
Explanation: You have mentioned that, you had flu and were blowing nose frequently. So, frequent nose blowing with dryness can cause nasal bleeding sometimes(epistaxis).
So, if it is frequent and not subsiding even after recovery of flu you may have to visit ENT specialist for examination.

Blood can be seen if the nasal passages or sinuses are inflamed eg from allergies or infected.
Normally when the inflammation decreases, blood is no longer seen.
The discharge would likely represent mucous discharge from the nasal passages.
You do not have to see your doctor at the moment but can monitor for now.
