Suggest Remedy For Fever, Chills And Indigestion

I am 39 and pregnant with 3rd baby at 23 weeks. I have had a low grade fever and chills starting in the late afternoons for the past 4 days. I also am very fatigued .. more than normal. I have horrible varicose veins in right leg from the gluts down to the right ankle. Also got diagnosed with H pylori when I found out I m pregnant.. but have done no treatment since. We are going to wait. I have occasional bubbling and indigestion lately. Slight discomfort over the right upper abdomen. Also have ITP only when pregnant.. platelets drop low toward the end. Any advice? I went to OB doc yesterday and they said everything checked normal in the morning, but fevers hit in afternoon. Help!

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such fever could be due to viral infection or may be this is due to urinary tract infection in either case you need to be patience and let the baby come in the world till then just bring down the fever with "Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg " you need to have this medicine when body temperature is beyond the 100 F no need to worry about this, drink more water, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
