Suggest Remedy For Feeling Of Nausea In Throat When Swallowing While Having Vertigo

Late October I had a severe case of vertigo. That progressed with waking up nauseous which lasted all day and also I felt dizzy and off balance. Now the nausea feeling coming from my stomach is gone but that feeling persists in my throat. Every time I swallow or even breath I have that nausea feeling in my throat.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and information.
Since you have got vertigo .the nausea and vomiting are a reflex mechanisms
The vomiting has caused the stomach acid to affect your throat and can be said like that of a condition called GERD.
Hence you have to take a PPI, Domperidone and an antacid.
Continue clinical evaluation, examination and treatment for vertigo as per the advise of your treating Doctor.
I find this answer helpful
