Hello

Fatty liver is a reversible condition and it may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, sedentary life style, obesity, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, medicines etc.

She may need few more investigations like routine hemogram, lipid profile, liver function test, urine RE/ME.

She may need to change her diet and life style. She should avoid fatty food and go for brisk walk.

She may need to take few medicines after full investigations.

Get well soon.
Take Care
