Suggest Remedy For Extreme Fatigue And Joint Pain While Having Inflammatory Disease
I was diagnosed with nonspecific inflammatory disease about 1 1/2 years ago. My symptoms are fatigue and joint pain. I am on hydroxycholoroquin and Cymbalta. I just had blood work done because of increased fatigue. Everything was normal including CBC, Ana (it was 1:320 when I was diagnosed), RF, CMP and sed rate. The only level that was off was vitamin B 12 was 1146 (normal 300-900). Should I be concerned? Is any further testing needed? My only complaint right now besides the joint pain(but I can live with it) is the fatigue, I feel tired almost all the time. I am a 52 yr. old woman. I am not overweight and have a healthy diet.
According to the diagnosis you have in my opinion your actual state is a stable one. Tiredness is normal in this disease. No worries. You just continue the treatment and if you can a physical activity might help you feel better.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Jolanda Nikolla, Pulmonologist
