Your symptoms are very widely spread involving several different systems, which makes it hard to attribute them to a condition. One possibility would be a connective tissue disease like lupus, Sjogren s syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, etc., which involve several systems. So you might speak to your doctor about some blood tests for inflammation and autoimmune antibodies. One other possibility would be that anxiety being a cause, it may manifest with many different symptoms, including yours. I hope to have been of help.
