As per your complain
dizziness and light headedness after
smoking weed is a common side effect in new and infrequent user as it leads to
ORTHOSTATIC HYPOTENSION which is reduction in blood pressure and person feels light headed and dizzy specially when standing up and the lowering of blood pressure cause
lightheadedness and dizziness..
It can however take from 1 to 2 days to about a week for the toxic substances to get cleared out from body
In this case you should relax and taking more of fluids can help you out..
Avoid driving and going out alone or doing any work that can cause any accident due to dizziness..
Take more of water,juices and soups along with nutritious solid food and observe the improvement in symptoms..
It it doesnt seem to resolve you need to consult a physician and get your blood pressure and
heart rate checked and treated with medicines if required..
Lastly I would like to tell you that you should say "NO" to weed henceforth..
