Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Breathing And Tightness In Chest

Hello, I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis almost 2 weeks ago, and I feel a lot better since. This morning I had an episode of shortness of breath, which caused me to panic. No chest pain, just tightness. I used some Vics in a steamer, and this helped me. How can I control the panic feeling if this happens in public? Also, I am having sleepness nights, since being diagnosed, because I am constantly clearing phlegm from my lungs. My doctor prescribed Qvar 80. Can you recommend a natural alternative?

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
At present, your symptoms are more suggestive of stress, anxiety and panic attacks.
Acute bronchitis is mostly due to viral infection.
So it will mostly subside in 2-3 weeks.
Your current symptoms are not due to viral infection or bronchitis. These are due to anxiety.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counseling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Avoid stress and tension. Be relax and calm.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
