Suggest Remedy For Different Sizes Of Pupils

My son was in a car accident and his head went through the windshield. They did ct scans said everything was fine. He went for a follow-up visit and his pupils are different sizes. He is having neck and back pain. Would the accident be the cause of the different sizes in the pupils?

for head injury giving rise to unequal pupil, there should be other symptoms, like vomiting, gradual loss of conciousness etc. any way gethis complete eye examination. refraction, fundus examination, vision recording. if every thing is alright then no worry.
