Suggest Remedy For Delay In Periods

Hello, Me and my girl friend had unprotected sex on the 8th of this month. Immediately after sex she took a contraceptive pill known as i pill. She has been getting her periods on 10th of every month. Today is 11th and she has not got her periods. Are there chances of her getting pregnant? How many more days shall we wait? Should she take a pregnancy test? I read in a forum that if it is an early pregnancy then even on taking a pregnancy test it wont show anything. Kindly suggest what should we do.

Hello,

You can simply go for a urine pregnancy test to check whether she is pregnant or not. Chances of pregnancy are very low as emergency contraceptive pills have gotten good efficacy and failure rate is low.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
