Suggest Remedy For Delay In Bleeding After Taking Mifty Kit 200mg
Dear mam, My wife is 40days pregnant his last period date is 10/07/2014 and she get mifty kit .The first dose of mifty kit 200mg she taken on 18/08/ 2014 morning 8:00am but till today morning 7:00am she not getting any bleeding and last 24hrs she getting stomach pain .Kindly advice me Regards Surya Mob-0000

Understand your concern
You had taken only one pill of mifty kit that is mifepristone, it causes detachment of pregnancy from uterine wall.
It dose not cause bleeding and slight cramp due to its side effects.
Now to successful abortion take remaining tablet of misoprostol. as below:
After 48 hour 2 tablet (400 ug ) should be put in the vagina by gynecologist and if required another 400 ug after 4 hour.
Misoprostol cause bleeding and started with in 30-45 minutes after using pill as it cause utereine contraction that expels pregnancy product.
Post abortion USG should be done after 14 days to confirm complete process of abortion.
Do not use as self medication at home without observation and guidance as it cause excessive bleeding, severe cramp, infection, high risk of failure, abnormal pregnancy.

hi healthcare magic user, kit must be containing total 5tablets.you should take one big tablet first then afterwards 2tablets after 24hours and repeat it after12hours.
wait for bleeding for 2days if it doesn't occur then you may have to repeat dose once again depending upon clinical history.
